Old Roof Profiles

Are you looking for old or Obsolete roof sheet profiles? sourcing profiles can be quite difficult at the best of times even worse when the profile has been discontinued, we can help with all kinds of aluminium roof sheets, corrugated roofing sheets, profiled metal roofing or steel cladding sheets that have been damaged or are past their best and need replacing, you may be right in thinking due to the age of the profiled sheet it may now be obsolete, all is not lost as we may be able to manufacture the profiled sheet by hand, we have a computer controlled press that can press virtually any trapezodial (box profile) roofing or cladding profile, we can even hand make Sinusoidal ( round corrugated) profiles, with this type of service we are able to manufacture roofing and cladding sheets up to 4.2 meters long in most of the corus standard colour range, please send in as much information about the steel roofing sheet or wall cladding sheets you require and we will give you a price and availability on the finished roofing or cladding materials.

We are manufacturers of several types of steel roofing & cladding profiles including corrugated metal, box profile, crimp curved and both trapezoidal and Sinusoidal roof profiles, the latest addition to our range is a new rolled on site standing seam roofing system which comes complete with all roof halters & seaming equipment etc.

Our roof & cladding profiles can be made in either plastisol coated steel, polyester painted steel, plain galvanised steel or aluminium and come in a choice of colours, we have standard 3 meter flashings & flat sheets on the shop floor for immediate collection or we can fabricate flashings, gutters and trims up to 4.2 meters upon request, to complement our broad range of roofing sheets & cladding panels we also sell Tek screw fixings for all types of purlins, Grp profiled roof lights and fillers to suit most roofing panels on the market.

If you require an insulated warm roof we can provide you with a complete built up twin skin roofing system or composite panels to conform with current L2 building regulations, this would include the roofing sheets, roof liner panels, the roof spacer bars, insulation wool and fixings as a package.

Cold rolled Steel Buildings

Our light weight steel sheds as above are assembled from cold rolled steel z purlins and c section cladding rails, they are manufactured from high tensile pre-hot dipped galvanised steel, G275 coating with a minimum yield strength of 450N/mm, all the steel rafters, roof purlins, cladding rails and vertical columns are fully punched for all the necessary brackets and cleats making for an easy straight forward erecting by as little as two people, Our steel buildings come complete with high quality plastisol coated trapezoidal or corrugated roofing sheets, composite panels or box profiled metal sidewall cladding panels, flashings, roof lights if needed gutters and rwp`s all of which are manufactured by ourselves from quality plastisol coated or polyester painted materials, on our steel buildings we also use high quality roller shutter doors and security personnel doors which can be coloured to suit the roofing and cladding sheets on the steel building. we can also offer different options of roofing, side wall cladding and doors, insulated or un - insulated - please phone for prices & details.
