Z Purlin Sag Bars
Z Purlin sag bars are manufactured from galvanised steel which is rolled into a 18mm U channel, they are notched and punched at each end to enable a spring clip be inserted, this allows easy inserting and locking into the z purlins or cladding rails on site.

Z and C Purlin Struts
Z and C Purlin struts are manufactured from galvanised steel and rolled into a 45mm x 45 mm angle, they have a punched angle cleat fitted to either end that can be bolted to the z purlins or steel cladding rails on site.

Z Purlin Tie Wires
Z Purlin tie wires, these consist of 7x7 - 6mm galvanised wire rope with a zinc plated swage stud at each end,the stud is pressed onto the wire rope using a 65 tonne swage press giving a pull out value of around 1.8 tonne, the ropes also come with angle end brackets to bolt to the steel cleats and zed & c purlins.

Cladding Rail Weld on Cleats
Z Purlin / cladding rail weld on cleats, these are manufactured from 4mm mild steel and have 4no 14mm holes to fit our standard range of zed purlins & cladding rails, they are designed to be welded to the steel rafter or steel column, we also have a bolt on cleat that is bolted to the steel structure saving welding on site.
