Our purlins, cladding rails and eaves beams are roll formed on the latest computerised roll forming machinery, they have a yield strength more than 450N/mm and are galvanised on both sides, we have several standard sizes ranging from 150mm to 300mm in height and from1.2mm to 3.2mm in thicknesses, they can be manufactured to any length and have holes punched at any position down the length of the section we also manufacture a full range of associated accessories to compliment our purlins

Anti Sag bars with a built in spring clip to enable fast installation, purlin cleats - either weld on or bolt on with holes punched to suit our zed and cee purlins, purlin struts with galvanised wire rope fittings including end brackets, cleader angles, knee stays and much more For convenience we hold various stock lengths of zed and cee sections, these are in 6 meter lengths punched as our standard details. please note: all purlin accessories are manufactured to order

  Our standard z purlin sizes are
  152mm, 6 inch
  177mm, 7 inch
  200mm, 8 inch
  225mm, 9 inch
  250mm, 10 inch
  

  Note: though we can manufacture any size zed purlin between 70mm - 300mm please phone for details

  We are able to roll the z purlins with the small lips (d) at 90 degrees or as the picture below shows at 145 degrees,the latter can be lapped so eliminating the need for purlin sleeves
